1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom mainland.

  • Some large or heavy items (e.g., frames, flower walls, or certain props) may be restricted to UK mainland only.
  • Shipping to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, or other offshore locations may incur additional fees or not be available for certain products. Please check the product page or contact us for details.
  • International shipping is not currently offered. If you require shipping outside the UK, please contact us for a custom quote.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders! This applies to all eligible items and destinations within our shipping scope.
  • Express Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee if you need your order faster. Rates will be displayed during checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 3-7 working days from dispatch within UK mainland. Some larger items may take 7-10 working days.
  • Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 working days from dispatch (where available).
  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: Certain products (e.g., custom giant flowers or made-to-order items) may have longer lead times of 4-6 weeks or more. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs (if applicable), adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted UK courier services (such as Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, or specialist carriers for larger items) to ensure safe and reliable delivery. The specific carrier will depend on your order size, weight, and chosen shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
  • We recommend inspecting your delivery upon receipt and noting any issues with the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipment, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
